Workshop on Arduino

GUB EEE Club has successfully hosted a Workshop on Arduino on 24th February 2020 at IQAC Auditorium.  This workshop was conducted by Bangladesh Open Source Network (BdOSN). BdOSN is well regarded for their contribution in promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education among children, and youth, and advocating women’s greater inclusion in the ICT sector. The Resource Person for Arduino Workshop was Maherul Azam Koreshi (IoT Engineer, Computer Services Limited, Coordinator, World Robotic Olympiad Bangladesh, Coordinator, Bangladesh Robot Olympiad).  Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Chairperson, Department of EEE was present as the session chair of the program. The event became enriched by the presence of Prof. Dr. Chowdhury Farhan Ahmed, Chairperson, Department of CSE and Dr. Muhammad Aminur Rahaman, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE.  Total 46 Students from different Departments of our University participated in this workshop. Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Chairperson, Department of EEE along with Redwan Ferdous, Country Representative, World Robot Olympiad (WRO) in Bangladesh; D. M. Saaduzzaman, lecturer, EEE; Md Ashiqur Rahman, lecturer, EEE distributed the Certificate of Participation among all the participants at the end of the program.
