Green University EEE Club, in collaboration with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), successfully organized the Recognition Ceremony – Farewell to the Executive Committee (ExCom) 2025–2026 of Green EEE Club, held on 05 July 2026 (Sunday) at the Multipurpose Hall, Green University of Bangladesh. The event was organized by the Green EEE Club to honor the dedication, leadership, and valuable contributions of the outgoing Executive Committee. 

The ceremony commenced with a welcome speech by Sadik Al Radowan, President of the Executive Committee (ExCom) 2025–2026, who reflected on the committee's journey and encouraged students to actively participate in club activities to develop leadership and professional skills. This was followed by an inspiring address from Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf, Associate Professor and Chairperson, Department of EEE, who appreciated the committee's remarkable efforts and highlighted the importance of student organizations in fostering leadership, teamwork, and personal development.

The event was further enriched by the presence of Md. Riad Hossain and Khairul Alam, President and General Secretary of the EEE Alumni Association Executive Committee (2026–2028), who shared their experiences and encouraged stronger collaboration between alumni and current students. In addition, Mr. M. M. Naushad Ali, former moderator, and Mr. AKM Shahabuddin, former deputy moderator of the Green University EEE Club, congratulated the outgoing committee members and praised their dedication, leadership, and contributions to the club's continuous success.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of appreciation certificates to all Executive Committee members in recognition of their dedicated service. Furthermore, five distinguished members were honored with special recognition crests for their exceptional leadership and outstanding contributions to organizing academic, technical, and co-curricular activities throughout their tenure.

Overall, the ceremony was conducted successfully and achieved its objective of recognizing the contributions of the Executive Committee (ExCom) 2025–2026 while inspiring current and future members to uphold the values of leadership, dedication, and excellence.
