We are happy to inform you that we have successfully arranged a physical interactive tutorial class with the Batch-250 students of the EEE Department. The session was titled “ Tutorial Class II ” and it was held on 26 August, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Room G-103. The session was designed to give students a strong academic push before their upcoming final exams, and it turned into a highly engaging and outcome-driven class.
Over 1.5 hours, we created an interactive learning space where students not only revised but also applied concepts through guided problem-solving.
The tutorial was divided into three focused segments covering:
a. Thevenin’s Theorem (EEE-101)
b. Norton’s Theorem (EEE-101)
c. Gamma and Beta Functions (MATH-101)

Each segment was taught with step-by-step explanations, reinforced by numerical examples. Students who previously struggled with applying formulas gained clarity and confidence. The problem-solving approach ensured that abstract concepts translated into practical understanding.
A short yet powerful discussion at the end addressed exam-related strategies. We guided students on:
a. Smart methods of revising before finals
b. Anticipating question patterns
c. Time management during preparation and the exam itself
This closing part drew the most attention from students, as they actively raised concerns and shared anxieties. Their engagement reflected not only their attentiveness but also their trust in this mentorship platform. Many expressed that the session eased their confusion and motivated them to prepare with renewed energy
The session inspired mentees to set clear academic and personal goals, paving the way for improved performance and holistic growth. Please find the attached picture for your reference.
