Permanent Campus Visit of EEE Day Batch Students

On Saturday, 12th October 2019, the students of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh paid a visit to the Permanent Campus of GUB. The permanent campus of GUB—located in the heart of the Purbachal American City in Bangladesh—blends both nature and technology in a harmonious way. The visit was made more attractive by including Games, Raffle draw, Lunch, Talk and Fun.

Honorable PROF. DR. MD. FAYZUR RAHMAN, Chairperson of Dept. of EEE was present as the Chief Guest of this event. In his speech, he discussed various aspects of current career prospects as well as future possibilities of EEE in Bangladesh and worldwide. He also elaborated on the scenic beauty, student-friendly atmosphere and various educational facilities of the permanent campus.

SHAHRIAR MAHMUD KABIR, Assistant Professor of Dept. of EEE encouraged the students to engage in various extracurricular activities along with academic activities. He dedicated the event to the students of the Permanent campus of GUB. MD. MOBINUL HAQUE, Lecturer of EEE and MD. ABUL KHAIR, Lecturer of EEE were also present on this colorful day.

After arriving at the permanent campus, the students participated in various types of sports and games. They really enjoyed playing in the vast green field of the campus. After the students were tired from all the fun activities, they had their lunch together with their teachers in a picnic like festive manner.

More than 162 of students of EEE Dept. from all the batches as well as the faculty members of the EEE department were present to celebrate the glorious and colorful event. Near the end of the event, the honorable chief guest announced the winners of the raffle draw. The event was concluded by PROF. DR. MD. FAYZUR RAHMAN, Chairperson of Dept. of EEE.
