Webinar on HOMER for Renewable Energy by IEEE PES GUB
Dear Sir/Madam,
In this session, the speaker will review designing hybrid renewable microgrids, how to optimize and sensitively analyze algorithms, types of sources available for simulation. To simulate renewable energy systems with more efficiency & more optimized outcomes, HOMER could be the best solution.
Session Speaker:
Dr. Yuri Ulianov López
Associated Professor,
Universidad Autónoma de Occidente,Colombia
Renewable Energies PhD
Projects Director at RE4
Speaker Profile:
Electrical Engineer (1996). Doctor in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency from Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain (2010). Member international society of solar energy – ISES. Senior Member of IEEE. (Institute of Electrical and Electronics, Engineer, Inc.). He is actually a full time professor at Universidad Autónoma de Occidente in Cali, Colombia, where he creates and leads the young students group: “semillero de Investigación en Energías Renovables”. He has been working on the analysis of renewable energy sources conversion technologies.
