Notice: Final Defense Notice – Spring 2026

Dear Students,

Greetings from the Thesis/Project Coordination Committee. We hope you are doing well.

This is to inform you that the Final Defense of the Thesis/Project for the Spring 2026 semester is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2026 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM.

All students are requested to complete the following requirements within the specified deadlines:

• Ensure that the plagiarism rate and AI-generated content rate of the thesis/project book are below 30%.

• Submit the soft copy of the thesis/project book and IEEE-format paper (mandatory for Day Batch students).

• Submit the spiral-bound hard copy of the thesis/project book along with the Thesis/Project Book Assessment Sheet to the DCO office.

Please note that the new thesis/project book template approved by the department is mandatory for all submissions.

An Internal Review Phase will be conducted before the final defense. During this phase, an assigned internal faculty member will review the thesis/project book and provide feedback before the final defense.

Important Dates:

• Final Defense: May 17, 2026 (Sunday)

• Submission Deadline to DCO Office: May 10, 2026 (Sunday)

• Book Distribution to Internal Member: May 11, 2026 (Monday)

• Internal Review Submission Deadline: May 12, 2026 (Tuesday)

Students are advised to complete all submissions within the deadlines to avoid any complications.
