Industrial Training

The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) offers industrial training program at different public and private industry organizations. This training program is a mandatory 3-credit final year course (EEE 0713-450: Industrial Training) in the B.Sc. in EEE curriculum providing invaluable exposure to the practical aspects of industry operations in Bangladesh along with professional engineering practice and industrial applications. The students are required to perform a minimum of 84 hours of industrial training within a semester. During the training period, students attend activities such as hands-on training sessions, site visit, field work, data collection, and record them in logbooks. Student performance is jointly assessed by the industry supervisor, academic supervisor, and a Board of Examiners.
