Course Evaluation System for Freshers

Department of EEE, Green University of Bangladesh, under its mentorship program, hosted an online session on the Course Evaluation System for freshers on 13th December 2024 at 8 PM via Zoom, almost 35 student was present in zoom. Mentors guided students on how to evaluate the course effectively, emphasizing the role of constructive feedback in improving teaching quality. The session explained the course evaluation process, the result publication system, and key academic assessment points. A live demonstration was provided, ensuring students clearly understood the step-by-step procedure. The mentors discussed the consequences of not completing evaluations on time and highlighted the importance of structured, objective, and ethical evaluations. Freshers were encouraged to provide fair and respectful feedback, acknowledging the efforts of their teachers. This session aimed to familiarize freshers with the academic system, promote transparency, and empower them to contribute to quality improvement. The interactive and practical approach made it highly engaging and valuable for participants.
