Exit Meeting with Graduating Students of Summer 2026

The CQI Committee of the Department of EEE has successfully conducted an Exit Meeting with the graduating students of Summer 2026 on 22 September, 2026 at 12:30 PM in G-103 and G-105. The session provided an opportunity to congratulate the students upon completing their four-year academic journey, listen to their experiences and challenges, and provide guidance for their future endeavors. A key component of the program was the survey-based indirect measurement of Program Outcome (PO) achievement, contributing to the department’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities for the B.Sc. in EEE program.

The program commenced with a welcome speech by the respected Session Chair, Mr. M M Naushad Ali, Assistant Professor, Department of EEE, and Convener, CQI Committee, who congratulated the graduating students on completing their undergraduate journey and briefed them on the expected POs of the B.Sc. in EEE program.

The keynote session was delivered by the respected Keynote Speaker, Dr. Mohammed Nazmus Shakib, Associate Professor, and Additional Director, IQAC. Dr. Mohammed Nazmus Shakib engaged with the graduating students in an interactive manner, providing them with an opportunity to share their academic experiences, challenges, and struggles throughout their undergraduate journey. Dr. Mohammed Nazmus Shakib addressed the students’ concerns, shared valuable perspectives from academic and professional contexts, and provided guidance on their future academic, career, and professional development. The session also encouraged the graduating students to reflect on the knowledge, skills, and competencies they had developed during their undergraduate studies and consider how these could be applied to achieve Program Educational Objectives (PEOs).

The respected Chief Guest, Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf, Associate Professor, and Chairperson, Department of EEE, expressed appreciation to the keynote speaker, organizers, and graduating students for their active participation. Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf highlighted the significance of such activities in supporting the department’s ongoing efforts to continuously improve the B.Sc. in EEE program, as well as fulfilling relevant accreditation and quality assurance requirements.

The CQI Committee sincerely conveys its gratitude to the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Green University EEE Club for their valuable support and cooperation in ensuring the successful completion of the program. The CQI Committee also extends its heartfelt congratulations to the graduating students of Summer 2026 and wishes them every success in their future academic, professional, and personal endeavors.
