Exit Meeting with the Graduating Students (Spring 2026)

The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), jointly with the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee and the EEE Club of Green University of Bangladesh, successfully organized an event titled “Exit Meeting – With the Graduating Students of Spring 2026 Semester” on 17 May 2026.

The primary objective of the program was to collect valuable feedback from the graduating students regarding their four-year academic journey, learning experience, academic environment, co-curricular engagement, and overall development within the department. The session served as an important platform for constructive discussion and quality enhancement initiatives aligned with the department’s continuous improvement process.

The event was graced by the respected faculty members of the Department of EEE. M M Naushad Ali (Assistant Professor and Convener, CQI Committee) attended the program as the Keynote Speaker and shared insightful remarks with the graduating students. Prof. Dr. A S M Shihavuddin (Professor and Head, PSAC Committee) joined the event as the Guest of Honor and encouraged the graduates to uphold professionalism, ethical values, and lifelong learning in their future careers. The session was chaired by Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf.

The graduating students actively participated in the discussion and shared their experiences, suggestions, and recommendations regarding academic activities, laboratory facilities, curriculum structure, student support services, and extracurricular engagements. The department expressed sincere appreciation to all participating students for their valuable feedback and enthusiastic involvement.

The event concluded successfully with a commitment from the Department of EEE to continue fostering a student-centered academic environment and maintaining excellence in engineering education.
