
The “Meet the Chairperson-Empowering Batch 260” session was organized by the Mentorship Program of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Green University of Bangladesh, for the students of Batch 260. Students from Sections D1, D2, and D3 participated in the session, with a total of 72 students in attendance. The program provided an opportunity for the students to discuss various aspects of their academic life, including course-related difficulties, teaching and learning approaches, classroom facilities, and the overall study environment.
The session was attended by several faculty members of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Their participation helped create an interactive environment in which students could openly communicate their concerns and receive guidance.
Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf, Chairperson of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, addressed the students during the session. His speech provided students with departmental guidance and encouragement and emphasized the importance of maintaining a positive academic attitude while adapting to university life. His presence also provided students with an opportunity to communicate their academic experiences and concerns directly to the departmental leadership.


Dr. Md. Ahsanul Alam, Associate Professor and Exam Controller, delivered a short speech during the program. His participation added an academic and examination-related perspective to the session and provided students with additional guidance regarding their academic responsibilities and university experience.
Mr. Shaharior Anik, Lecturer and Mentor Moderator, played an important role in facilitating communication between the students and faculty members. He interacted directly with the students, listened to their concerns, and helped bring their academic and classroom-related issues forward for discussion. His interaction with the students contributed to making the session more participatory and student-focused.

Mr. Md. Shahnewaz and Mr. Md. Atiqul Islam were also present during the session. Their presence demonstrated the faculty members' involvement and support in understanding the experiences and concerns of Batch 260 students.

To understand students' concerns regarding course content and teaching pace.
To identify classroom and study-environment-related problems.
To strengthen communication and interaction between students and faculty members.
