Session on ‘Introduction to University Resources’

The Mentorship Program of the Green University of Bangladesh organized an informative session on ‘Introduction to University Resources’ for the EEE-251 batch on 06 February 2025 at 8 PM via Zoom, almost 22 students were present in zoom. This session aimed to familiarize students with essential university services, administrative procedures, and academic guidelines.

 Key Topics Discussed: 

• University Student Portal – Login procedures and access to academic resources.

• Library Services – Student ID-based access, borrowing policies, and digital resources .

• Transport Facilities – Bus routes, shuttle services, and schedules.

• Tuition Payment Methods – Bank transfers, bKash, Rocket, and online payment via the student portal. 

• Campus Rules & Etiquette – Clean campus initiative, respectful behavior, and faculty interaction .

• Academic Support – Study resources, grading system, and course structure.

Mentors provided valuable guidance on effectively using university systems, maintaining discipline, and making the most of available academic and administrative resources. Additionally, they arranged an interactive question-and answer session where freshers begged various questions and mentors addressed their concerns, ensuring clarity and confidence as students began their academic journey.
