Workshop on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Process, Practice and Management

The Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) of the Department of EEE, in collaboration with the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), GUB, has arranged a workshop titled "Workshop on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Process, Practice and Management". This session is designed to support our ongoing preparation for BAETE accreditation, particularly focusing on BAETE Criterion 9: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) as part of our ongoing accreditation preparation activities.

This session will comprehensively discuss the systematic implementation of continuous improvement mechanisms within the department, including collection and analysis of assessment data; CO-PO attainment evaluation; identification of gaps and action plans; documentation of corrective and preventive measures; stakeholder feedback integration (students, alumni, employers, and faculty); evidence-based decision making; monitoring of action plan effectiveness; and preparation of supporting documents typically expected by evaluators during accreditation visits.
