Freshmen Orientation Program – Fall 2025

Greetings from the Green University EEE Club!

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Freshmen Orientation Program – Fall 2025 for the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Green University of Bangladesh, held on September 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM in Room J-111. The event warmly welcomed our newest batch of students through an engaging and inspiring session designed to introduce them to the vibrant EEE family.

The program began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a formal introduction of the faculty members conducted by the Honorable Chairperson, Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf. Next, Prof. Dr. ASM Shihavuddin highlighted the department’s notable achievements and shared exciting details about the upcoming GREEN FEST V2.

The orientation then featured a captivating video presentation introducing the EEE Club, the proud organizer of the event. Prof. Dr. Md. Quamrul Ahsan, Distinguished Professor, Dept. of EEE, inspired the newcomers with motivational words and valuable guidance on academic and personal well-being. His session was followed by an uplifting address by Prof. Dr. Md. Fayzur Rahman, Professor, Dept. of EEE, and Treasurer, GUB, who encouraged students to embrace university life with enthusiasm and dedication.

To make the session more interactive, a Kahoot Quiz was conducted by Mr. Sourav Chandra Das, Lecturer and Deputy Moderator, EEE Club, which added a fun and competitive spirit to the event. The winners were later recognized and awarded, followed by a closing speech from Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf, emphasizing unity, curiosity, and continuous learning.

The event concluded with a group photoshoot, capturing the excitement and smiles of the new EEE family members. Overall, the orientation was interactive, insightful, and memorable, marking a wonderful start to the academic journey of our freshmen.
