Together as One: EEE Appreciation & Celebration

It gives us immense pleasure to announce the successful completion of the "Together as One: EEE Appreciation & Celebration,” which was held on Monday, 19th May 2025, at the Green Cafe, Green University of Bangladesh.

It was a great honor to have Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Pro Vice Chancellor; Captain (Navy) Shaikh Mohammad Salahuddin, Registrar; Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Azad, Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering; and Dr. Md. Hasan Maruf, Chairperson, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, as special guests during the day. The gathering brought together faculty members and staff from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering to celebrate teamwork, commitment, and exceptional contributions that continue to shape our department's success.

During the program, the Department of EEE presented tokens of appreciation to selected members of the department in recognition of their outstanding contributions to both the department and the university, with the aim of acknowledging their efforts and inspiring continued excellence . We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the following award recipients whose outstanding contributions were specially honored. 

The awardees are as follows:

1. Highest Impact Researcher of the Year
For outstanding research and publishing high-impact journal articles in 2024.
Awardee: Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al Mansur

2. Leadership in Student Engagement Award
For outstanding contribution in organizing the “Nextgen Bangladesh” project competition.
Awardee: A K M Shahabuddin

3. Accreditation Excellence Award
For outstanding contribution to the accreditation proposal preparation.
Awardee: Md. Istiac Ahmed

4. Outstanding Service and Dedication Award
For his self-motivated, well-organized, and committed service to the department.
Awardee: Md. Ashaduzzaman Niloy

5. Creative Contribution Award
For exceptional dedication in graphic design and high-quality documentation.
Awardee: Nayem Sharker

6. Rising Researcher Award
For outstanding research contribution as the most junior researcher in the department.
Awardee: Md. Ashraful Islam
