Electronics Lab

Electronics Lab

The Electronic Devices Laboratory is designed to complement the theoretical knowledge gained in the Electronic Devices course by providing hands-on experience with semiconductor components and circuits. This laboratory focuses on the practical exploration, analysis, and application of diodes, bipolar junction transistors (BJTs), and field-effect transistors (FETs). Through structured experiments, students gain proficiency in using standard electronic test instruments and simulation tools to design, implement, and analyze a variety of basic electronic circuits.

Key experiments include the implementation of rectifiers, clippers, clampers, and voltage regulators, as well as both large-signal and small-signal (low-frequency) analysis of BJT and MOSFET amplifiers. The lab also emphasizes the development of essential engineering skills such as circuit troubleshooting, measurement techniques, and the interpretation of experimental data.
